Pick-ups: We want to make this process as smooth as possible. Bring your own PEN🖊 to sign please or bring your own signed invoice.😷 Wear Masks to protect others as well as yourselves. 📬An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for Pick Up. Please Note If you don't receive an email with your invoice the chances are it's in your spam/junk mail. Please check that. You can always find your invoice with the address of pick-up in your Dashboard located at the top of your account.

Bring your own packing materials and help if need be to carry your items out. Staff is not always available to help you to your car. We may be able to arrange movers for an additional fee, however, we cannot guarantee he will be available. 💰

Shipping: For small items only. We have an outside shipper who will handle your items beautifully. Once the auction is over, he will call you in a few days with a price. You can pay him directly. 💳

ITEMS UNCLAIMED will be considered Forfeit and left for Artifacts2Go to decide what to do with them.⚠ No refunds and you can be in jeopardy of losing your bidding privileges. We strive to work with everyone within our means. 🚫DON'T BID if you don't think you can pick-up or make arrangements to claim your winnings. The items need to be removed in a timely fashion.⏲
