This was a shipping auction so no pickup, I rated the shipping instead. The 3 star rating is because the cost to ship was rather expensive.

I am sorry you felt shipping was high, we do detail the cost out in the description/details so folks can decide if they want to accept it prior to bidding. All the carriers charge a high amount now and we do need to cover cost of labor & material. We have and will continue to keep costs as low as we can. Thank you

I had bid on small plastic horses for our granddaughter. My husband works in Frederick and planned on picking up the item after work as I am unable to drive. He was told that we had to inform the seller that someone else (hubby) would be picking up the item. We had no idea. We have bid and won hundreds of items on AN auctions, but this was the first time ever that we were told this. My husband always picks our won items up and has never been treated this rudely. It was the first and last time we bid on their auctions. A little kindness in the world goes a long way.

1) in no way was I "Rude" I simply stated the policy to him and still even though 2) it was in the terms and agreements that before you bid, you checked off and agreed to., I went ahead and issued the items. 3) Two auctions ago, I had a gal come to pickup, didn't match the receipt but she had her copy so I issued out item, next day the actual person with the name on receipt (which happen to be this gals ex husband) showed up to pick up the item, which after discussion I had to refund him for. I am sorry Ma'am you feel I was rude, but I don't know you nor your situation. If you order an item from Home depot, You (not an alternate) has to pick it up, I apply the same standard here. Easy fix is to simply use the message service on Auction Ninja to say "Hey my husband John Doe is picking up"

Had my husband pick these up it was next to his work. I didn't know I had to list A separate pick up person. I did receive my items.

I was unable to make a pick-up reservation but showed up at the location an hour before the closing time. The store front was locked up tight, no one there. Seller had left a message on my land line 15 minutes prior to closing indicating he was waiting...he wasn't as I had been waiting there for 45 minutes thinking he would be coming back....he never came back. When I spoke to him on the phone he was extremely rude!

Lets be Honest - YOU FAILED to set up an appointment PER THE prescribed pickup rules. Yes you were Savvy enough to bid online, but claimed you didn't know how to do a sign up time. So we had no idea that you would show up WITHOUT an appointment. Then you called me, an proceeded to call me all kinds of horrible names - yet I simple stated the rules, so I'm thinking YOUR the one that has been Rude. FYI you TRIED to call your credit card company and dispute the charge BEFORE pickup - even though you knew you bid. I am confident I am in the right here, I'll work with anybody that follows the rules .. and after you FAILED to hit the 4 DAY pickup window .. ( I mean 4 DAYS!!!!) I did offer shipping and got called more horrible names.
