NOTE: Our normal auctions are conducted on Tuesdays & Fridays at 7pm (est). We normally package your winning items from all auctions in one (1) shipment on Mondays.
Please note....we might also ...view moreinclude a special "Sunday" night auction at 7pm; therefore, we will package all winning items you win that week in one (1) package to save you multiple shipping fees charged by USPS.

Please check back on auction ninja for shipping fees via email/text within 12 to 24 hours after you win your item.
*It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure their correct shipping address is on file at the Auction Ninja webpage.
** We can only ship to the address on file on the website.
*** We will usually send you a shipping invoice to your email of record NLT 12 noon the day after the auction ends.

Please Note the following details:
1) All orders totaling over $99 in "Pre-Auction" bids will receive free basic shipping cost of $7.95!!
** NOTE: The order bid must be registered on Auction Ninja ...view morewebsite BEFORE or NLT 6:45pm (est) a minimum of 15 minutes before the auction commences.

Most shipping is done on Mondays, but we will send you the shipping invoice the day after the auction via email from the auction platform; however, you may need to check your spam folder.

It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm the correct shipping address is listed on the auction website and all winners will receive a tracking number for their winning items and all shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
*Most shipments will not covered by insurance unless specifically asked by the buyer and the insurance is at the buyer's expense.

NOTEs:
1. We only ship items fully insured if requested, but that will usually carry an additional charge.

2. Since most shipments process through basic USPS services, your package might take a little longer to be delivered than in previous years.

3. We are unable to provide long term storage of your items past the pick up period and we can not ship your items until full payment is received...((If shipment is not paid within 10 days after the auction closes, your items will be forfeited with "No Refund"))!!
