AUCTION LOTS ARE LOCATED ON THE SECOND STORY OF A TWO-FAMILY BUILDING. ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE BROUGHT DOWN AT LEAST ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS. We will not have assistance to move large or heavy items for pickup. Please ensure that you have any necessary help when picking up items. This includes furniture dollies, appropriate tools, packing materials and an additional set of hands.
