Out of the 5 cards, 2 signatures were smeared and illegible. The 5 cards came in a 6 1/2 by 8 1/2 box. I recently ordered 44 cards which came in a padded envelope.

Everything went fine in the auction and shipping was extremely fast! Some of the cards moved around in their factory packaging during shipping damaging the display boxes. Also scotch tape was used to keep Topps Factory sets together which CAN NOT be removed without damaging the factory set boxes (theyre black cardboard). Very upsetting as this wasn't even necessary to keep them closed. Special care should be given if shipping rare cards or rare sets.

There was a nice selection of items to bid on and I was very happy with my purchase although I didn't get everything I bid on but that is the way it goes on the auction block! Picking up my items was a very organized process. Looking forward to more!

Auction went fine, communication was fine, until they shipped to a location other than my address (only address on file). The shipping charge was done through paypal, and they received an address from paypal (my old address) which was never shown to me anywhere in this process! Why use paypal? why get an address from paypal? Neither question is clear to me. I tried to retrieve my package from old address, but was unsuccessful. I contacted the buyer as soon as I was able to figure out what happened and they ignored my messages until I decided I would take it up with the CC company as my address on the invoice is clearly listed and correct. Then the seller finally responded blaming me for this error. Eventually they gave a refund, but boy is this some terrible customer service!
