Disorganized in my opinion compared to the numerous other places I have picked up items from. This bakers rack was still completely loaded up with books (that were not part of the sale). I had to stand there and wait while a gentleman took them all off. Invoice instructions requested a text 30 minutes before pick up - which I did. Never got a reply, and when I arrived, they were not ready for me.

"Organized" is one of the most common words used in our reviews... We stipulate in our terms and conditions that folks coming to pick up their purchases bring the help they require to remove their items safely from the home. The customer who left this review showed up by herself to move a very heavy baker's rack, which she wouldn’t have been able to carry up the stairs alone. Someone working with us was nice enough to help her get the rack out safely, though. Thanks.
