Limited Norman Rockwell series “Spirit of Scouting” produced in 1972 by the
Franklin Mint. Sculpted by Richard Baldwin using Norman Rockwell’s depiction of
the 12 Boy Scout Laws. Issued in a limited mintage of 26,971 sets, after which
the dies were destroyed not allowing them to be reproduced.
