I had a little difficulty with this transaction at first, but the seller responded well to a shipping charge issue and even refunded me more than I was due. In the end the transaction worked out and I would shop their auctions again, thank you.

The listing for the EGO lawn mower stated it was new but it was definitely not new and it didn't have the additional items a new mower comes with. The seller acknowledged it wasn't new, stating it was input error, and offered to reimburse me for the other item I won in this auction once an auction the following week had completed--I accepted this because I had made plans to use the mower the following day and couldn't pass on it. Two weeks later I hadn't received my refund and I called the seller who apologized and said it would be taken care of the following week. I still have not received my refund and the seller has not replied to my emails since then. I had accepted the seller's position that there has been an honest mistake, but at this point it looks much more like a case of false advertising and I think I've been conned.
