I had a little difficulty with this transaction at first, but the seller responded well to a shipping charge issue and even refunded me more than I was due. In the end the transaction worked out and I would shop their auctions again, thank you.

The listing for the EGO lawn mower stated it was new but it was definitely not new, and it didn't have the additional items a new mower comes with. The seller acknowledged this, stating it was input error, and offered to reimburse me for the other item I won in this auction as compensation. I'm happy to say that I received my reimbursement and am happy that things worked out.
