You would think there would be an off day for everyone, but if there is I haven't seen it in all the time I have participated in Andrea's auctions. The listings are always acurate. She doesn't try to hide flaws. And sometimes I receive my won items nearly before I get my invoice. I find myself wishing Andrea would run all the online auction. Excellent auctions consistently closed with no issues, no excuses only positive actions and availability of auctioned items. Easy pickups and incredibly fast shipping. I've auctioned here probably 6 times now and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service with a smile, never a problem with Andolini. Easy five star rating, highly recommended.
