VINTAGE PAINTED TIN FIRE BUCKET WITH ORIGINAL LABEL, EARLY 20TH CENTURY

Terrific vintage fire bucket, made by Wheeling Corrugating Co., Wheeling, West Virginia, 20th century, galvanized steel with flaring sides and rounded bottom, the exterior painted red with FIRE stenciled in black, bail handle, approx. 10-1/2" in diameter at the rim by 10-1/2" tall overall (excluding handle), retaining most of the original paper label.

A striking example perfect for repurposing to hold kindling or firewood, as an organizer, etc. (The rounded bottom rests nicely on an empty shipping tape roll, as shown.)

Notes: Some denting to rounded bottom, and scattered wear to paint, otherwise very good, sturdy condition, with no rust or losses
