VINTAGE ILLUSTRATED CARDBOARD TOY BOX, CIRCA 1950s

Charming vintage toy box, circa 1950s, heavy cardboard, the exterior covered in paper color-printed with various toys against a stylized cityscape, the overall dimensions 11-1/2" tall by 13-1/2" wide by 9" deep.
A striking example that evidently once held one of the toys depicted on the exterior. Perfect for display or repurposing for storage.

CONDITION: Light scattered surface wear; one end of box and lid with ink number; sides and lid slightly pushed in; otherwise very good condition. (If desired, the sides could be "trained" to push out again with interior cardboard braces, as it was photographed here, or by stuffing with paper, etc.)
