VINTAGE GLASS SANITARY CHEESE PRESERVER WITH LID, EARLY 20TH CENTURY

Vintage Sanitary Cheese Preserver, early 20th century, molded glass in cylindrical form with lid, the bottom of the interior with raised vanes, approx. 7-1/2" in diameter by 6-1/2" tall overall.

The lid also includes the directions "Remove lid daily . . . Place one third pint vinegar and one tablespoon full salt in bottom slightly diluted with water." Perfect for creative reuse as a refrigerator jar, cookie jar, canister, or organizer.

Notes: CONDITION: A few tiny rough spots to interior of rim, otherwise fine condition.
