VINTAGE EKCO COOKWARE ADVERTISING SIGN FROM McDONALD'S KITCHENWARE, NASHUA, CIRCA 1950s

Vintage advertising sign for EKCO cookware, circa 1950s, screenprinted Masonite, approx. 60" x 5-1/4" overall.

Originally from the leftover stock of McDonald's Kitchenware store in Nashua, New Hampshire. A longtime fixture in Nashua, McDonald's opened in 1890 as a hardware store before adding the extensive line of kitchenware it became best known for in the 1920s. After more than a century of operation, the store closed in 2013 in the wake of a family tragedy.

CONDITION: Wear, scuffing, and soiling (small loss to upper left corner; some old tape remnants), otherwise good condition overall.
