Item Description

Two vintage teapots, early 20th century, including: 1) James Kent, Fenton, England, 1910s–1920s, the earthenware body finished in deep royal blue with a black-and-white "checkerboard" bands edged in gilt, applied silverplated rim, approx. 4" overall including lid, the underside with green underglaze crown-and-globe mark reading, "J. Kent, Fenton, England, Made in England"; and 2) Hall No. 039 (six cup), finished in yellow with standard gold accents, the underside with multiple Hall markings.


Notes: CONDITION: Kent with a few small rubs and superficial flaws to blue paint (old touch-ups), and a bit of very faint, subtle crazing; otherwise fine, attractive condition, with no cracks or chips.
