TWO VINTAGE EARLY COMPUTING PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, INCLUDING A BANK AND FM RADIO

Two nifty vintage computing promotional items, 1980s–1990s, including: 1) Scarce vintage figural advertising still bank promoting the CDS 4000 computer by Computervision, Bedford, Massachusetts, 1985, screenprinted porcelain with wooden bottom and rubber plug, 7-1/8" x 7-1/4" x 3-1/4"; 2) Figural FM auto-scan radio in the form of an early personal computer, complete with CPU, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, the top of the monitor with a promotional imprint for Compaq/Nortel, 4-3/4" tall, never used and in the original box (including three shrink-wrapped AA batteries).

A scarce pair of survivals from the early days of personal computing and the internet.

CONDITION: A bit of wear to radio box; both items otherwise in fine, attractive condition.
