TWO REPRODUCTION RAILROAD SIGNS, INCLUDING CHESSIE SYSTEM AND WHITE PASS & YUKON, BAKED ENAMEL ON STEEL

Two reproduction railroad advertising signs, enamel over steel with brass grommets, including: 1) Chessie System, 12" x 8"; 2) White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad, 8-3/4" in diameter.

While not period originals, these signs are both higher-grade reproductions made using the same process and materials—baked enamel on heavy steel plate—as the originals. (Compare the more common and flimsier examples pressed made or lithographed pressed tinplate.)

CONDITION: In very fine, bright condition, with no cracks, chips, breaks, bends, or dulling, retaining full original gloss throughout. (Please note that the small "spots" visible on the back are skips and impurities/discolorations original to manufacture.)
