SCARCE VINTAGE WALL POCKET VASE IN THE FORM OF HYDRANGEAS, JAPAN, CIRCA 1925 - 1940

Scarce and fabulous figural wall pocket, made in Japan, circa 1925–1940, the off-white clay body in the form of leafy bunches of blue and red hydrangeas, the overall dimensions approx. 7-1/2" x 4-7/8" x 3", impressed "Made in Japan."

Particularly striking and rather scarce in this form.

A few tiny, very unobtrusive chips (visible only on close inspection), otherwise near fine, attractive condition.
