Scarce vintage Krome Kraft divided candy dish, made by Farber Bros., New York, 1930s, the chrome-plated reticulated pedestal base supporting a frosted glass insert with leafy scalloped border, 5-3/4" tall overall.
This insert has variously been attributed to either Fenton or Cambridge. This combination of frosted glass, decorative molding, and the thick, robust pedestal base (as opposed to the more common slender stem) is quite scarce.
CONDITION: A bit of light surface wear to metal (small, stable partial stress crack to thin bar near top), otherwise fine condition, with no cracks or chips to glass.
