SCARCE LARGE PUNCH BOWL IN THE PLANTATION PATTERN BY HEISEY, 1948 - 1956

Winning Bid
$1.00
Item #1970
Lot #106 of 160
Item Description

Scarce punch bowl in the Plantation pattern by Heisey, 1948–1956, clear glass with large molded pineapples and shaped and pierced rim, 13-1/2" in diameter by 9" tall, with the H-in-diamond mark.

The seldom-encountered largest piece from one of Heisey's most distinctive patterns. Quite sizeable (I'd guess 2–3 gallons) and suitable for extra-large serving purposes, e.g., salads.

CONDITION: A few tiny chips to side of foot; otherwise very good, attractive condition, with no additional cracks or chips and retaining full crystal clarity.
