Ruth Stone Hyer (American, active mid-to-late 20th century): "The Red Truck" [Still Life with Doll and Toys], watercolor on paper, circa 1970s, signed at lower left "Ruth Stone Hyer," sight size 19" x 12-3/4", double-matted and framed under glass in a wooden frame measuring 25" x 19" overall

The backing bears the artist's business card from Lynnfield, Massachusetts and Naples, Florida. Hyer, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), is a member of the North Shore Arts Association and New England Watercolor Society.

Notes: A few small, unobtrusive spots; a few scrapes and scuffs to glass; light wear to frame; otherwise very good condition overall, with bright colors (not examined outside frame)
