HAND-BLOWN GLASS TABLE LAMP BY RICHARD HARKNESS, NEW HAMPSHIRE

Handsome vintage table lamp by Richard Harkness, Epsom, New Hampshire, late 20th century, hand-blown glass in spherical form with large abstract wave and loop forms in white against clear accented by multiple bubbles, the body approx. 6-1/2" in diameter, 16" tall to top of harp finial, the base engraved "Harkness."

A seldom-seen form from this much-respected contemporary glass artist, whose works are in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the West Virginia Museum of American Glass, among other institutions.

CONDITION: In fine, attractive working condition, with no cracks, chips, or haze.
