Eloy Zúñíga (Costa Rican, contemporary): "Figure Carrying Basket," oil on pressed board, signed at lower right and dated 2000, the reverse with two of Zúñíga's studio ink stamps, 11" x 8-5/8" (note that the white border is painted and is an integral part of the painting).

One of a limited series of original works Zúñíga produced in the early 2000s that were offered for sale at Starbucks stores; the contents of the basket may depict coffee beans.

Notes: CONDITION: In very fine, clean condition.
