Edward Joseph Cherry (British, 1886–1960): "Cleopatra's Needle on Thames Embankment, London," etching and drypoint, early 20th century, plate size 5-1/8" x 4", matted and glazed in a painted wooden frame measuring 12-1/2" x 11-3/4" overall, signed in pencil beneath the image "Edward J. Cherry," the reverse bearing a descriptive gallery label.


Notes: CONDITION: A touch of light wear to frame; very faint traces of dampstaining to bottom edge of mat (well away from image); otherwise fine condition overall, with no evident defects to print (not examined outside frame).
