Donn Russell: (American, 1929–2018): "Geraniums on Windowsill," silkscreen on heavy cream paper, 1970s–1980s, image size 21" x 15", double matted to an overall size of 28-1/2" x 22-1/2", numbered and signed in pencil in the lower margin, "30/45, Donn Russell."

Russell, born in Braintree, Massachusetts, attended the school of the Museum of Fine Arts, Pratt Institute, School of Visual Arts, and Art Students League. He later became known as one of the foremost artists working on Nantucket.

Notes: Image slightly light struck (the difference in original tone of sheet concealed by mat); a bit of slight cockling to sheet; otherwise very good condition, with strong, vibrant colors
