PAIR OF VINTAGE BRONZE TABLE LAMPS/CANDLESTICKS BY FREDERICK COOPER, MID 20TH CENTURY

Fabulous vintage pair of candlestick-style banquet or buffet lamps by Frederick Cooper, mid 20th century, bronze with applied verdigris patina on painted wooden bases, each with circular foot and flaring hexagonal shaft rising to multiple turnings and broad cupped rim, approx. 17-5/8" tall overall by 6" in diameter at the base.

A distinctive, dramatic, and uncommon pair from this well-known manufacturer of lighting. Originally wired as table lamps with a candle-like socket and shade, the elegant sculptural forms would now work perfectly as candlesticks, or could be rewired in the original configuration.

Notes: CONDITION: Now lacking wiring and hardware; losses to paint on bases (easily repainted if desired); otherwise very good, attractive condition overall. (Please note that these are sold with all faults as described.)
