Item Description

This antique primitive blue onion pattern salt box measures 6" in diameter x 6.5" high (wood backboard extends an additional 6"). It weighs 2 lbs 8 ozs This salt box can be hung on the wall or stand on the counter. This salt cellar is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. There are no chips, breaks or cracks. There is pitting in the glaze due to the salt glazing technique.
