Please read descriptions and review photos for information regarding each item. Photos and descriptions will highlight any notable issues with the item. Best efforts are made to give the bidders correct information about the item.  An item description is not a guarantee of the item's use, condition or purpose. The bidder is responsible for being familiar with the item they are bidding on. Please ask questions before bidding by TEXT to Jen, the Auction Manager at 413-241-9800. You may also send an email through the AuctionNinja website to Jen as well. 

 

WINNING 

Please review the pick-up window and location before bidding to ensure you are able to pick-up the item. No refunds will be issued for your failure in recognizing your travel distance to the pick-up location. 

 

PICK-UP

You will receive the entry code to the Storage Facility in your winning email. Text the Auction Manager Jen 30 minutes before you arrival to the pick-up location in order to expedite your transaction. A photo ID will be asked for in order to release the winning item(s) to the bidder. The photo ID must match the bidder on the winning invoice. If you are not the person picking up the auction item(s), you must contact the Auction prior to pick-up to change the name of the person. No items will be released to an unknown person and your item will be considered forfeit by the close of the pick-up window. 

 

SHIPPING 

Shipping is available on some items. If an item can be shipped, "Shipping Available" will be listed in the description. Shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the winning bidder. Each item will be packed carefully for shipment. The Auction is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping by the UPS Store. A Flat Fee of $10 for Handling will be charged for bringing your winning item to the UPS Store. Payment will be made directly to the Auction in a separate transaction. Bulk auctions in which more than one item is purchased by the same winning bidder will not result in separate Handling charges per item. The seller will be contacted for the Handling charges that will commensurate with the amount of goods to be moved and distance traveled. 

 

ACCEPTING THE WINNING AUCTION

When you are notified of your winning bid, please contact the Auction if you are assigning a new pick-up person. If you are unable to make the pick-up window and/or cannot schedule a reasonable pick-up with the Auction Manager, you forfeit your winning auction. You will not receive a refund. You will be banned from future AuctionNinja Auctions for failure to pick-up your items.
