While our staff will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. The event will be held inside a secured Storage Facility but the owner will allow entry and departure from a singular designated access point that we will share with everyone who wins within the Winning Notification email that will be sent out after the auction concludes. The pickup time for this auction is December 15th 2022 from 3:30pm to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time - we do wish we could extend the hours but the logistics of the facility do not allow for that. Please be advised that we are unable to approve and request for earlier/later pickup times and we are not able to facilitate a delivery of your items (or hold them until the next auction) if you fail to show to collect your item(s) during the defined pickup day/times. We're excited to get started on this project and wish everyone the best of luck! Rest assured that your items will be ready to collect regardless if you won 1 or 50 lots.
