This first event will be a bit smaller than the future parts in order to create some breathing room in a PACKED building. The event will be held inside a secured Storage Facility but the owner will allow entry and departure from a singular designated access point that we will share with everyone who wins within the Winning Notification email that will be sent out after the auction concludes. The pickup time for this auction is Wednesday October 5th, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm - we do wish we could extend the hours but the logistics of the facility do not allow for that. Please be advised that we are unable to approve and request for earlier/later pickup times and we are not able to facilitate a delivery of your items (or hold them until the next auction) if you fail to show to collect your item(s) during the defined pickup day/times. We're excited to get started on this project and wish everyone the best of luck! Rest assured that your items will be ready to collect regardless if you won 1 or 50 lots. SHIPPING *PLEASE READ*: We only ship via Fedex. We will take your items to FedEx but you will need to provide a FedEx account number, and they will contact you directly for packing and payment ...view moreinfo. Taking the items to FedEx could take up to 7 days depending on the volume of shipping orders but we will of course do our absolute best to get your items there as soon as possible. We will not pack or ship your items directly. Please be advised that it will be your responsibility to arrange pickup during the allotted pickup time and there are no other options (before or after those times) available due to the storage facility logistics. You will need to arrange pickup from the auction location, no transport will be available for larger items that cannot be shipped via FedEx. Items cannot be held or stored.

Winning Bidders will be required to bring help to move heavy or large items such as furniture. Packing materials will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup. • Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
