We will send you a Shipping Release Form that will need to be signed and returned to us before the shipment can take place. We use UPS to facilitate all shipments and the Buyer is responsible for paying the separate cost of packing/shipping and any additional insurance or signature confirmation services. We are happy to ship items that qualify to out of town buyers but we must pre-approve on a case-by-case basis and have the signed release returned to us before it is our obligation to complete the shipment.


Please No Early Bird Arrivals for this Auction. All items must be collected by the end of the defined pickup event as there are unfortunately no other options for secondary opportunities. Please be sure that you can make the event before bidding. Please be advised that we do not contact bidders who fail to pickup their items - it will be assumed that you have abandoned your purchase(s) and they will be donated the next morning. Please do not request Earlier or Later pickup times or days on this event as we will not be able to accommodate under any circumstances regardless of your situation so we ask that you verify that you or someone you trust can attend the event during the scheduled time/day. PLEASE be sure that you bring help for heavy or large items as we are unable to assist. We are ABSOLUTELY able to offer shipping via UPS for most items that are not too large to ship with a high confidence of arriving safely.
