Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.

Pickup of items is available ONLY on advertised days during advertised times. Please understand that we have limited time for access to the property. Failure to pick up purchased items during advertised pickup times will result in forfeiture of the purchased item(s), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO CREDIT, OR EXCHANGES.

Furniture and large items require extra help for loading. Winning bitters are responsible for making sure they have appropriate transportation and specifically appropriate help to load their large and heavy items. Please do not expect help loading your items from the seller. We will not be able to help you load your heavy items, and buyer risks forfeiture of their purchased items if not loaded within the pick up time frame.

Any buyer moving large items from inside the home must bring adequate help as our team is not able to assist. By bidding, buyer agrees that Any damage caused to the home in their effort to remove the item(s) from the property will be the full responsibility of the buyer to resolve with the homeowner. The homeowner will be given the buyer's contact information to complete the damage claim and Buyer understands they must pay the full amount of the repair estimate obtained by the homeowner and do not have any authority to request multiple estimates or an estimate from a specific company. Buyer must sign a liability acceptance document prior to entering the home to ensure the Homeowner has legal recourse to pursue full damage repair costs from the party who is responsible for the damage. Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above when placing a bid.
