The safe is located inside the wash room in the basement but the item can be removed via a appliance dolly by the movers and loaded right outside once exiting a basement patio door. If you win this item, please watch the video in the invoice description to get an idea of the property and feel free to send the link to your moving company of choice. The buyer agrees to have the company remove the safe by 05/17/2024 and understands that failure to do so will result in the item being considered abandoned with no refund. Please make sure you are able to arrange for a professional moving company prior to bidding because there are NO EXCEPTIONS in regards to this item needing to be moved from the home by a Professional Moving company (which is Bonded and Insured in case of damage when moving this 700lb+ beast) with the entire cost being covered by the buyer. Liquidator will be on-site to supervise the moving company efforts and ensure no damage is done. Buyer understands all these terms and agrees to them when placing a bid - buyer understands the Liquidator's right to refuse access to safe with no refund if a professional moving company is not retained by the deadline set above.
