seller admitted listing mistake-offered refund but not worth me having to make a trip to return

A simple typo error on the listing description by our staff saying there was a "set" yet all photos clearly showed just one was included. Immediately offered a full refund but was ignored. Buyer failed to bring up issue during pickup experience as the terms state.

very little details on items, measurements on items, whether or not there were or were not chips/cracks/defects. I understand taking photos with a ruler is an extra step, and checking for defects as well, but it helps a buy decide if it's worth bidding more or less... I might have bid more on certain items had there been more information provided.

Measurements are provided on each item at the last 3 photos. If defects are present, we of course list them. It appears you are actually just frustrated because I didn't let you pick up your items over an hour early (you rated the pickup experience 2 stars??) since there were zero issues with any of the items you purchased and your order was ready the moment you arrived after the pickup event started. I wished you a great day on your way out and you said nothing. All the best.
