Item Condition: Please be advised that many items in this home exhibit varying degrees of mold. We kindly request that you take this into consideration when placing your bids and arranging for item pickup. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Please note that this auction consists of a substantial number of lots. We anticipate most items to be sold, and buyers may purchase multiple lots at once. Due to the volume of transactions, it may take some time to distribute all purchased items when you arrive.
