The response was slow and I received items really late even with the high handling fee. I followed up from my end.
Unfortunately, the camera listed was not working. They didn't mentioned it and not sure if they really didn't know the issue.
I had emailed to inform the seller that we would be arriving at 3pm to pick up the two cabinets we won. Upon arrival. the cabinets were not only blocked in with boxes and tables that had to be moved, but were filled with items to be emptied including a tv on top that was still wired to cabling that had to be detached. My husband and I, both in our 70's had to move this all. All the while, the owner of the Auction site was aggressively hawking jewelry to anyone who appeared to pick up their winning items. After getting the two cabinets out of the house and out to our pick up truck, we asked if anyone could help us lift them into the truck. Said, jewelry hawker, he was "too Busy", obviously tying to sell his jewelry at 90% off retail. We finally got the homeowners son? to help us It which took all of 2 minutes to lift onto the pickup truck bed. We thanked him and gave him a $20. . Will NEVER buy from this seller again!

I had an issue with pickup that EEA was able to come through and help me out. Really appreciate it!
The item was missing critical parts - lens, power cord which was not mentioned in the description.
The pickup was extremely disorganized and understaffed. The house was a disaster area and items were not identified or ready for pick up.
Lastly, pickup was scheduled at rush hour on a week day in a area of Queens only reachable by car - of course traffic was horrendous.
They were very kind to offer shipping on my item and prompt to respond. Thank you!
