The item was missing critical parts - lens, power cord which was not mentioned in the description.
The pickup was extremely disorganized and understaffed. The house was a disaster area and items were not identified or ready for pick up.
Lastly, pickup was scheduled at rush hour on a week day in a area of Queens only reachable by car - of course traffic was horrendous.

Great to work with! They normally don't ship but I coordinated ahead with them and they agreed to. Really easy to work with, great at communicating and responsiveness. Have not received item yet but the shipping quote they sent was very reasonable. Would buy from again!!
