I won 7 lots on 7/21 from an estate sale/auction in Medford. It included 8 items total. 3/8 of my items described as "'new" was painfully obviously USED. The new old stock fishing reels had plenty of oxidation. The boxes weren't even original to the reels. Also, the Cuisinart electric skillet had old brown grease/grime all over it. Had there been more action on these items and I paid more money in the end, I would've been even more disappointed. This company needs a better assessor. It's pretty unprofessional to run auctions let alone be in the business you're in to lie about what you're auctioning. Even if it was an oversight, the lack of accountability is disgraceful. Maybe this was the reason why they put "all items are considered second hand". Buyers beware - when placing bids, assume all items are used, not new or old stock. Good job Mike & cronies, I would've liked to continue placing bids and supporting a local business but this was BS and deceitful. Zero stars.

the Collectable item boxes had almost all the box tags and other rip damage to them. IF this was the way the were found, oh well.
But, if the auctioneer did this to open, not good.
Tears decrease the value to collect and or resell.

Also photos of ALL side of items, (bottom, back, etc..). My question sent on Eagle mirror was not answered. If it had a photo, that would helped without me asking at all. There was about 8 words on item description.

The seller's photo listing did not show the horrible stains on one sofa. No mention of it was made in the listing or I would not have bid on it. I cannot clean it or use it as is. A second sofa could not be removed from the basement because it was too large to fit through the doorway. I was told I would be refunded for the second sofa, but so far I have received nothing. I also purchased a few miscellaneous items that were as described. I would certainly hesitate to do business with this company again. I felt the listings on the furniture pieces were misleading at best, and deceptive marketing at worst.
