Antique Victorian leather and steel rocking chair by Peter Cooper for R.W. Winfield. This iconic design looks beautiful from all angles and dates back to 1890-1900. The steel frame has brass hardware with a slatted wooden base beneath the leather and canvas cushion. The frame and leather show signs of age and patina consistent with the era. Measures Height 42" Width 22 1/2" Depth 34" To the seat 16" Good, consistent with age and use, one slat is missing
