BUYER BEWARE: This has been my only negative experience on Auction Ninja. The seller does not accurately specify his timelines for requesting shipping. I lost items due to this and when I told him that he should improve his buyer instructions for shipping so people know his expectations, he denied any interest in doing so. I've never had a seller so unwilling to work with a customer. Poor business practice and experience overall.

Unfortunately this is the first poor experience I've had with any seller on Auction Ninja. I purchase items pretty regularly and am familiar with the relatively strict pickup schedules and instructions. Hawks Helper's had a pickup time between 12-5 during which they were not present at the house. I called multiple times over a 30 minute period, emailed and rang the doorbell none of which did they respond to. Later in the day I received an email via Auction Ninja at which point I was no longer in the area so requested a refund since they were not present at the pickup time which they set. They denied this request and lied about being present at the pickup time if this were true then why didn't they answer the doorbell, knocks or phone calls? I've picked up from this location before and know that I was at the correct address. Overall Hawks Helper's has very poor customer service and is unreliable for picking up your already paid for items.
