This was such a great experience for me! I have bid with other auction houses but this process was so easy and smooth! On day of pick up the crew was there and so attentive. The items were exactly as they were described. Can't wait to bid with them again!

The lady I called and spoke with was very rude. I paid $150 each for two jackets. I listed that I required shipping as well in the notes. I selected shipping as well on top of that. However I never got either of these jackets because these people rely on the buyer to notify them to call and tell them AGAIN THAT YOU NEED SHIPPING WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY LET THEM KNOW VIA THE WEBSITE! This must be a tactic to force people to forfeit their items and keep the items so that can list them again or something. I tried letting the woman know that this is a weird practice and no other auction company I've purchased from does this. I've been buying from auctions for over 2 years now and this is my worst experience. Considering a customer spends $300+ you'd think maybe he wants his item and maybe you should try to get it to them. I suggest everyone steer clear from this auction company.

I tried to inform the lady going forward this is not a good idea but she basically insulted me saying that I was the only one with this problem although the comments say otherwise.

Do NOT do business with this seller, regardless of if you are a seller or buyer, and they offer great deals!! They advertise they will mail items (to make it easier for buyers) and then refuse to do so "because buyers were taking advantage of them." (Wha'?? Buyers expect to pay extra for shipping. If they are going to advertise the service, then do it. Otherwise, that is false advertising and bait-and-switch sales tactics. ILLEGAL!!) After driving hours to pick up my items, people were calling waiting on the street for the sale to start. Suddenly, a person from the organization flew out of the house, screamed at individuals waiting and told them to leave or he would call the cops. Scary! Once the sale opened, the items were in a garage, they were placed on sheets of paper instead of neatly filed in numbered zippered bags, and everything stunk of cigarette smoke from the staff. This is NOT an organization to do business with!! Ick!!

I just purchased an item that was picked up this week. When I got home the item, an electronic keyboard, did not work. I have sent an email and spoke with a woman by phone, who said she would look into it and get back to me. I have yet to receive a response via email or phone. I did not pay alot for the item, but did drive 45 minutes each way which pickup the item and would have appreciated a response and resolution.

I have a lot of bids to keep track of and many take days to get to the shipping. Most vendors are helpful in sorting out the shipping and communicative if they have an item that has not been communicated as to shipping. This vendor offered shipping but no email in the win email, which was required to reply to for shipping. Yes, I have to click through 4 steps to get to their email through the app after the bid. This is annoying and they know it. It was 12 days and my item was "forfeet". Would not do business again.
