Buyer beware. Deceptive seller. First said they didn't know the item was defective and would refund. Then said they knew it was defective and didn't provide any pictures or description of the defect, sold as is. I could tell the guy at pickup knew he was a shyster. Why can't people just be honest these days.

Unfortunately as we stated all items as sold as is. This is stated when you sign up for auction ninja as it is their rule. The item isn’t defective and came exactly as it was pictured. Our employee who handles pick up’s has nothing to do with returns or refunds. He actually has such a great report with our customers they bring him Rockies baseball tickets.

Lid moved to make it look like the teapot had a lid but in fact it is missing and was unlisted. Chips weren't listed or photographed. Otherwise great.
