This had been my worst experience on AN. Just received my purchase. It took a very long time to ship and emails to the seller (out of state) were returned, but were condescending with zero sense of urgency or any attempt to apologize for delays. My Items were shockingly under-padded and two were crushed. To top it off, the cabochons and gemstones were not sent. Deplorable. Refund me for the missing items please. I will not purchase from you again.
