Great auction and super friendly company. I especially liked that they combined an on site sale with the auction pick up. Auction items were kept separately and securely away from shoppers- but it was fun to be able to pick up some estate sale items at the same time.

The clock I won arrive damaged-not like in the photos of the auction at all. I've reached out to two different emails, and still no response. I'd like a call tag to return the clock as it is not as advertised. I've saved the auction photos and have the clock as a comparison. I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Please don't participate in their auctions-they have lousy customer service, which is why I'm resorting to a negative review to get a response from them. I'd like a refund for the broken clock they shipped me. the glass face and rim are off the clock and it cannot be put back into place-it arrived this way. Waste of money. Please contact me to resolve
