Every lot starts at $1.00! Remember, this is a NO RESERVES absolute online AUCTION where everything WILL SELL to the highest bidders REGARDLESS OF ENDING PRICE. Make your bid early and not the last seconds (it's a soft close not a hard close so you will not win by bidding the last second!) So it's best to get the bids in early and to set a reminder so you don't lose out the last moments!
Additional Info: There will be parking off the sides of the driveway and in fields. Parking directly in front of the house is reserved for those that already have their items outside! It should be known that there is nothing on the 1st level of the actual house. Everything in the house is on the second floor or the basement. If you have mobility issues send someone to assist you as we simply cannot.
ITEM CONDITIONS: As always with any sale, there may be items that may have damage or wear and tear or staining or need to be cleaned or repaired etc. and my not show in photos. Please understand that you are buying used items sight unseen and not all conditions can be shown in photos. If condition reports are not listed in description, that does NOT indicate that the items are free of faults/damages or does or does not have condition issues described above. Everything is always sold as-is-where-is in unknown condition. By bidding you agree to these terms. Bid accordingly.
NOTE: OUR CREW IS UNABLE TO ASSIST. Every buyer should bring extra very capable people to assist with safely moving your items. If you come unprepared, we will not be able to assist you and will not give any sort of refund or time extensions. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to come prepared with as many capable people as it takes to safely remove your items from this Estate. We have given ample days and hours posted for pick-up well ahead of the end of this auction for buyers to come fully prepared. It would also be a good idea to bring general hand tools to take apart or remove items that may require it. Thank you!

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING LISTED PICK UP DAYS/TIMES WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
