Pick-Up day for both Auctions will be the same day, a FULL 8 HOUR DAY! This give everyone more than enough time to get their items or even make multiple trips if need be! Please be aware, the Gate Entrance to the home is aprox. 11' 7" wide. If you come with an extra wide trailer or uHaul, and can't fit though you'll have to park on the road and walk in. ( 98% of Vehicles will have no issue, but we wanted to make sure you are aware.)
