*We will have your items grouped and ready to go.
*All items are sold “As Is - Where Is” -meaning it is your responsibility to ask about items prior to purchase and to be prepared to pick up all items at auction location. We are happy to take phone calls prior to the day of the sale for any questions you may have.
*Winning bidders are responsible for picking up all items, and items that ship will have a service fee, but we will do our best off combine your items into the most cost effective means. You will be billed separately for any shipping
* Bring Bags, Boxes and Packing Materials because your treasures need care :-)
*We are not responsible for accidents. (If you need assistance, please let us know as we have access to movers if necessary and that could be arranged in advance)
*Please note that this pick up location is not handicapped accessible and does have stairs, however if you need assistance please call us and we can bring all small items to the curb for you if needed.

*As most estate items are pre-owned, vintage, antique, and pre loved... we suggest close photo inspection as there are no refunds or exchanges for winning bids. (Most items have pictures indicating sizes.)
