No returns or refunds will be given. Please bring your own packing material and boxes where needed. We do not have this for you. Bring help to lift large, heavy or multiple items.

**Take note** It is YOUR responsibility as the buyer to let us know if you want your items shipped. Don't assume that we know you want this service. You must let us know BEFORE the scheduled pickup time. If you don't, you will forfeit your items. Please allow 1 week for us to get the order together. For payment of shipment we accept Venmo or Zelle only.

This is a 2 part auction. One closes Sunday, the other Monday both have the same pick up day and time , Tuesday 2/21 from 2-4pm
