Wow. This was the one and only time I will be dealing with this seller. She was truly the most unprofessional I have ever met.

I am a reputable dealer who works closely with many different auction companies in my area. Obviously when you bid in these online auctions, you are assuming somewhat of a risk since you can't examine an item in person. So you have to rely on the seller's descriptions & photos. While a seller can't be expected to note every little thing about an item, you do expect that they will note any major flaws in the description. This seller, 3 Little Witches, does not even provide descriptions for her items, which is strange in and of itself; she only provides photos. But I bid on a glass basket that I wanted because it looked fine in the photos. When I brought the item home I noted that there was a large chip & crack in the handle that had been repaired.

I texted and emailed the seller multiple times about the damage and I was very courteous. I said I was sure it was an inadvertent oversight and asked for a refund because the damage was not noted by the seller before I entered my bid. I never received a response. So I decided to bid on a cheap item in her next auction (which was right near my house) just so I could go pick it up and speak to the seller directly.

When I went to pick up the item from the second auction, she was very nasty. She knew exactly who I was and had intentionally not gotten back to me. She claimed she had not seen the damage on my basket because she's far too busy to examine every item she sells, but then reminded me of her "sold as is" policy (of which I am obviously aware, provided the seller is honest) and even suggested that maybe I had somehow caused the damage after I took possession of the item! She did say she would give me a refund on this one item but her attitude was terrible. She reluctantly handed me a wad of cash in and took off in a huff.

This seller was incredibly rude and has no understanding of customer service. I would never buy from her again. I am a very good customer who would have made her a lot of money. In this case "Witches" is a very apt name for her business.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with respect to the China that i purchased. Of the 8 large plates, the top one was in good condition as pictured. On the majority of the plates underneath, the pattern was dramatically faded to the point where it is borderline not even visible on some of the plates. There are no photographs taken that would have alerted a bidder to this. 3 Little Witches also provides no description whatsoever as to the condition. While of course I understand that risks are taken when bidding on items without the ability to see them beforehand, these defects are significant and obvious to anyone had they looked. I write this not looking for any sort of solution or remedy, but simply to express how i feel.

With only a 2hr window for pick-up. less than 12hrs of being notified of winning/pick-up details, I reached out via text SEVERAL times, BEFORE the end of pick-up time asking if I cld possibly pick-up another time as I was home extremely sick in bed but wld have went anyway had someone taken the time to RESPOND and lmk they werent willing to allow me to pick up another time/ a cpl days later when I wasnt sick. The only communication I got was a vm- from a cpmpletely diff # than what they have for their contact#' around 4pm at the end of pick-up time, and when I called back within 5-10 mins later, it went to vm so again, I explained my situation and let her know that I had reached out/sent several texts TO THE # THEY HAVE LISTED ON AUCTION NINJA, again I got NO reply/response! Absolutely horrible experiece!
