I haven't received my item as of yet, but so far the experience has been really nice. I spoke with the seller on the phone about shipping and she was a delight. She explained she didn't charge more than her costs when shipping small items, she couldn't give quotes because she reuses boxes if possible. I enjoyed our conversation and look forward to working with her again. I rated the pickup experience because she picked it up to ship. Thank you again.

Lack of communication. Unresponsive to texts, emails, and messages. I asked several times but was never provided shipping information such as tracking info or shipping date. The only time they reached out was when I needed to pay for shipping costs. Very poor quality albums and covers
